I don’t mind waiting a bit if I know what’s going on, but this felt way too long with no real updates. Maybe it’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but for me it was frustrating.

Emailed them twice. Still nothing. No reply from support at all. Frustrating.

The site felt a bit outdated to me. I found the layout kind of messy, and the colors didn’t really make it enjoyable to browse. Some pages felt cluttered, too. Maybe it’s just my preference, but for a pet product brand, I was expecting something cleaner and more inviting. It didn’t leave the best first impression for me.

The return ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I’m already tired of having to chase things down and deal with customer service loops, so this just felt like another frustrating errand I didn’t need.

I really wanted this to work, but adjusting it feels kind of rough and it never seems to sit quite right. Maybe I’m just judging by how stiff it feels, but it comes across like it wasn’t made to fit smoothly or comfortably. I keep messing with it and still can’t get it to feel right.

i was really hoping this would calm my dog down, but he stayed scared the entire car ride. unfortunately, it just didn’t work for us.

I kind of regret getting this for trips because cleaning it afterward is such a hassle. It works fine while I’m using it, but once I’m back home, dealing with the cleanup is just more annoying than I expected

I needed a replacement part for my carrier and they did have it, which was great. Finding the exact right one took a bit longer than I expected, haha, but I got there in the end.

I bought a Sleepypod for traveling in the car with my cat, and overall I’m happy with it. I’m a little picky about pet gear, especially when it comes to safety, and this one definitely feels secure and well-made. It also looks nicer than a lot of carriers I’ve used. That said, carrying it across parking lots or through the airport is more awkward than I expected. It does make short trips less stressful for both of us, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish it were a bit lighter or had more comfortable handles. Good carrier overall, just not perfect

I expected more from Sleepypod. The material feels kind of cheap and not as durable as I hoped. After just a short time, it already started looking worn, and the stitching didn’t seem all that strong. For the price, I really thought it would feel sturdier and more well-made. Disappointed, to be honest

The box showed up crushed, the tape was loose, and the inside looked like it had been packed during an earthquake. For the price, I definitely expected better packaging. But hey, at least it arrived with a little drama.

I had to reach out to Sleepypod about a warranty issue with my carrier, and I had mixed feelings about it. They did respond and asked for photos and order details, which made sense, but the time between messages felt longer than I expected. I ended up following up once because I just wasn’t really sure what was happening. They did help me in the end, so I appreciate that, but the whole thing felt a little slow and not as clear as I would’ve liked.
